Enquiry information
The enquiry form sends your name, email address and message to the website administrator’s configured contact email through WordPress mail. The form does not keep a separate enquiry database. Your hosting and email providers process the message to deliver it.
Student accounts and documents
The student portal uses this website’s WordPress accounts. Registration uses your username and email address, with a password-setup email sent by WordPress. Your EduMatchup profile and uploaded documents are stored on the hosted service to support your study enquiry and application preparation. The EduMatchup administrator can review these submissions; other students cannot access them.
Upload only documents you are authorised to share and that are relevant to your application. You can update your profile and delete individual uploaded documents in the portal. To request removal of your profile or ask about retention, contact info@edumatchup.com. We will explain any records that need to be retained for an applicable obligation. Files are not automatically emailed to universities or other recipients by this portal.
The portal accepts PDF, JPG and PNG documents, up to 5 MB each, with a limit of 20 documents and 50 MB per student. Student accounts and private documents are managed by this WordPress website. Document bytes are stored in private database tables, not the public Media Library. Contact the team to request profile deletion.
Local checklist storage
The application checklist stores only your ticked items in your browser’s local storage. You can clear them using Reset checklist or by clearing site data. The budget tool does not store your figures.
External services
Links to Facebook, official information websites and your email app open external services with their own privacy practices. Hosting providers may process standard technical request data needed to serve the website.

Website features
This version does not include advertising trackers, a mailing-list subscription or online payments. Student profile registration is available through the hosted portal.
