THE EDUMATCHUP GUIDE

How to choose a course that fits

A better shortlist starts with better questions.

1. Start with the subject

Write down the topics you enjoy and the skills you want to build. Read module descriptions rather than relying on a course title.

2. Check the entry criteria

Compare your previous education with the programme’s published requirements. Note academic prerequisites, language evidence and any portfolio or experience requirements.

3. Compare the full experience

Think about teaching style, assessment, city, housing and total cost. Keep a comparison sheet with the information that matters to you.

4. Build a balanced shortlist

Choose programmes you can explain clearly in terms of your background and goals. Confirm requirements directly before paying application fees.
