How do I create a student profile and upload documents?+
Open the Student portal and sign in with your email or username. Save your EduMatchup profile, then upload your PDF, JPG or PNG documents. You can download or delete your files and sign out from the portal. This feature requires the hosted website.
Do you provide airport pickup?+
Yes, airport pickup is available in selected destinations. Contact us before you travel so we can confirm availability at your arrival airport, the meeting arrangements and any charges.
Can you help me after I arrive in Europe?+
Yes. We offer post-arrival support in Europe with university enrolment, finding accommodation and your job search. Services depend on the location and agreed scope. Accommodation and employment are not guaranteed.
Can you help me choose a country and university?+
Yes. Start by sharing your previous studies, subject interests, preferred countries and budget. We can discuss a shortlist or help you review universities you already have in mind.
Do you support destinations beyond Hungary and Germany?+
Yes. EduMatchup supports students exploring the EU and Schengen area, the United States, Canada and Australia. The service scope depends on your chosen destination and application.
Can I apply without IELTS?+
Accepted English evidence differs between universities, programmes and visa authorities. Some routes may accept alternatives, but an admission language waiver does not automatically meet visa requirements. Check the exact requirements before applying.
Which documents should I prepare first?+
Start by organising your passport, academic certificates and transcripts, and any existing language results. Depending on the programme, you may also need a CV, references, a statement of purpose or a portfolio. Use the institution’s current checklist.
Can I choose my own universities?+
Yes. Bring your preferred university list and we can discuss the fit, requirements and application steps.
Are scholarships or visas guaranteed?+
No. Scholarship and admission decisions belong to the relevant institutions. Visa decisions belong to the responsible authorities. We can help with preparation but cannot guarantee an outcome.
How much will the service cost?+
Request a written service proposal for your situation. University fees, visa fees, insurance, travel and other third-party expenses should be considered separately.
